Social Committee

The Social Committee organizes events and activities for residents. Activities have included an Annual Fall Festival, July 4th Meet and Greet, Annual Yard Sale and it has assumed responsibility for distributing a gift basket to new Madison Park residents. In addition, other functions compatible with this charter may be assigned from time to time.

Pool Committee
 
The Pool Committee will assist the board in overseeing pool functions, upkeep and rules by monitoring pool usage, maintenance and equipment. The committee will recommend necessary changes to the pool area and/or rules as well as work with the board and association to resolve any issues with pool security.

 Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Architectural Review Committee  will provide assistance to the board in establishing and enforcing community living and architectural standards, and in reviewing and deciding upon new construction or existing home architectural change requests.
 
ARC will be responsible but not limited to: common area landscaping, lighting, recreation facilities, home lawn care, mailboxes, exterior, decks, stoops, fences, decorative entrance structures, gazebos, stone or concrete paved walks, and other miscellaneous site structures and changes, etc.

Neighborhood Watch Committee
 
The Neighborhood Watch Committee will assist in the development of policies and standards to coordinate a community based neighborhood watch program and to ensure members of the association are aware of all possible options in safeguarding our families and homes.
 
 
 
Website Committee
 
The Website Committee will communicate useful information to the homeowners via a website. The committee will be responsible for maintaining and updating the association website.

Landscape Committee
 
The Landscape Committee is to assist the Board in maintaining the appearance of the common areas.  Maintaining the common area appearance includes monitoring of the performance of the landscaping contractor in regards to quality and contractual obligation, selecting seasonal colors, and organizing community involvement with improvement projects.
 
The Landscape Committee will assist with landscape contractor discussions and assist with other beautification projects for the neighborhood
