About Us:

Madison Park at Wallace Farms is a neighborhood located 11 miles North of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. We are comprised of 140 single family home-sites that includes a swimming pool, a changing/bathhouse and a picnic area. Our property is managed by Cedar Management Group. We are Covenant restricted neighborhood and are self-managed by a board of directors, Madison Park at Wallace Farms HOA, that are elected to serve by the individual homeowners. The Madison Park at Wallace Farms HOA board of directors meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

We are the ideal neighborhood in which to work and live as we are centrally located near schools and shopping, Northlake Mall, Concord Mills, Charlotte Motor Speedway, University City, Cornelius, Huntersville and Birkdale Village are all within a 10 minute drive.  Our local school system falling under Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, with North Mecklenburg High School, J.M. Alexander Middle School and Blythe Elementary School only 2.5 miles away.
